Wrong username and/or password

I have just updated the firmware to 3.04.17 and then it wanted the login information to my computer again. But EVERY time I type in the CORRECT username and password, it gives me an error. I think I have typed it 15 times now. And I have doubled checked it on my computer. I even tried to reset the WD Live TV hub.

 

I remote desktop the computer I want reach from my laptop and that works perfectly.

 

I remember I had this issue before when I first set it up, but I can't remember what I did to resolve it.
