stream to xbox help

First off I am not looking for anyone to post it works for them, I am more hoping for posts from people who had a problem and fixed it or have a useful suggestions.

I am trying to stream from my hub to xbox 360.  Wired connection on both ends and using internal storage on the Hub. Format is SD xvid AVI.  

Every movie I try works for a few seconds and then the video stutters horribly while the audio eithe rplas fine or mildly stutters.

Any useful suggestions to troubleshoot?

I was having this issue, I fixed by changing the network setting from the XboX 360, from manual settings to automatic.
