Thanks to Bodders, wdtvhub and DeVicious for replies and guidance.

I will convert my existing _ts folder to ISO and thereafter follow the thumbgen guide. I can then see how things go and decide from there how to proceed.

You should go through with your test and covert to ISO but should not leave a conversion to MKV out of sight because eventually you will run out of space and on a High End Tv a DVD takes approximately 1.4 GB space if converted to Avi or MKV while the ISO file will always be around 4GB which is the size of a decent 720p movie. I am 100% sure you will do this eventually and the later you do it the more work is involved.

DeVicious, this is the old moviesheets I use, generate by WDTV HubGen ( http://wdtvhubgen.codeplex.com/ ). This moviesheets was removed; I start from the beginning and generate sheets with ThumbGen with Black Mamba profile, and the file results are exactly I need for Mamba. When I check in Hub, the old moviesheet (WDTV Hub Gen) is in front of Mamba moviesheetsheet.

But its not her Theme you are using ?

You are using the correct moviesheets but with the wrong theme. The theme you are using is not designed for those movie sheets, you have to use both.

You are using the Mochi theme from the looks of it, you need to activate the Black Mamba theme in Setup / Appearenace / User Interfaca Themes, it is all explained in page 2 of the User Guide

I think, there is another Contra for Library OFF for me:

in Music-Mode:

with Library ON you can chose a “Head”-Folder and klick “Play”, so all songs in this Folder and in the subfolders will play.

with Library OFF only the Songs from the actual selected folder will play, not the Subfolders.

I think the link to the SMP files is incorrect, it it ponting to the Theme pack.
