File listing under network share

I have a wdtvplus latest firmware installed and looking at a windows xp network share. under that share are all of my subfolders with jpeg photos and mov videos in them. When I start up the unit and selct video, connect to the share and selct a subfolder it displays all of the jpeg files first and no mov files. The only way you can get it to display the mov files for play is to scroll backwards in the file to display the mov files and then select them. I would think if you selct video it would filter out the jpegs and only display the video files in the selected subfolder. Is there a resolution to correct this issue?

Prefix the JPG filenames with a single ".".

 

MovieName.jpg

 

becomes

 

.MovieName.jpg
