How to disable temperature and clock on the home screen?

Since temperature isn't actual and show last opened AccuWeather service's T, so I don't like to keep it on the screen. Clock shows correct time but don't like it as well.

Is any way to disable them?

It can be disabled by editing the  decoration.xml  and then uploading it as a 'Theme'

You just simply delete the code in yellow

Or.. just upload this to your SMP and in Appearance, Apply it as a Theme
