Missing movie cover art

I`m using WDTV Live streaming

1.07.15

MOJO theme

and everything works great but there`re a couple of movies that dvd art cover won`t show

for example Family Guy It`s a Trap

here`s what I have on the folder

 Animation - Root Folder

folders (root folder jpg)

Family Guy It`s A Trap.jpg

Family Guy It`s A Trap.mkv

Family Guy It`s A Trap.xml

Family Guy It`s A Trap_backdrop.jpg

and when I use my WDTV it won`t display the DVD art cover

could it be the xml file

or jpg size issue

any suggestion would be appreciated

How did you generate the info, if you use the option\get info on the SMP it normally creates a metathumb file not a jpg.

Try renaming the jpg extension to metathumb i.e Family Guy It's A Trap.metathumb to see if that works, or clear the media library, or maybe delete the .wd_tv folder (hidden) on your hdd, it will regenerate itself.

I have this problem sometimes. Best solution for me is to delete the folder from the medialibrary and restart the mediaplayer and put the folder again in the medialibrary, it will scan the whole folder and it works again.
