No iPlayer or Netflix

Hello, I just bought a WD TV Live, model WDBGXT0000NBK-01. I updated to firmware 1.10.13 immediately but I have no iPlayer or Netflix. I am in the UK, and have a UK IP address. I have tried a reset.

 

Any ideas?

 

EDIT: Also, it won't recognise my 16gb USB stick, formatted in NTFS?
