cant rate movies anymore

for some reason i am unable to rate movies anymore..previously i would select option and a list of options would appear, one of which was the rating option but it no longer appears for any of my movies....is the happening to anyone else, if so how do i fix it

Make sure your "Content Source" is still set to "My Media Library."
