Add support for Channel4 4oD

Please add support for 4oD - http://www.channel4.com/programmes/4od

This was raised in another issue and acknowledged by saying BBC iPlayer was added, which was not relevant to this idea.

Also, ITV Player please...

If you add both of these, you would ensure that WD Live TV becomes the preferred gadget for internet TV in UK.

For the Uk, the ITV player, 4OD  and to a lesser extent, Demand5 are really must haves (they will be on YouView and are already on Vision, I believe. I wouldn't be surprised to see them as additions to XBox as well soon)...could just be web based as a start point?

I really hope these features are added, especially 4OD.  It would be good to get some feedback to see if these are planned or not.

Don't hold your breath ... they haven't even got iPlayer working correctly.
