Let me select the items on the main menu - Disable some of the currents and add new shortcuts

I have a gen2 and gen3 device, and they are allmost fuldfilling all my ideas, but it can allways be better ;-)

In our setup the WD TV is only to view our DVD's from a NAS.

- And in a way so that the kids and wife can use is.

So it would be perfect if I could remove a lot of the current items in the main menu. No need for Photo, Music etc (for me ;-))

On the other hand a deep link to Movies -> Source -> MediaServer  -> By Folder -> Movies - KIDS on the mail screen wiht a custom thumbnail would be perfect!

You can do this yourself if you have some knowledge of HTML. Best source to get the information is at the hub theme forum here.

You can create your own mainmenu and put only options inside you use.

I like that idea would be nice if you average user could make the menu changes via options

I agree - it would be nice to have this offered as an option for the average user. Cleaning out tabs I  don't ever use would make this more functional & less cluttered
