List navigation improvement (up/down)

When navigating in lists with the cursor keys. LEFT, RIGHT  and DOWN work as expected. UP unfortunately not. For example when the first item in a list is highlighted and I press UP I would like that the last item in that column is selected. To quickly jump to the bottom. This is actually quite common user experience practice. Instead of the described behavior, the colored buttons on the top left are selected (red - source selection or example). Since these are accessibles via the colored buttons anyways, I believe the cursor buttons behavior should be adjusted to provide a quicker interface for navigating all the file and folder lists.
