Hi,

I'm got on issue with my less than 2month old WDTV Live Streaming.  I upgraded the firmware the other day when it was released and ever since I am unable to connect via the Media Server source to my NAS.

I Can connect via shares, but due to another fault with the WDTV I cannot play my AVI's by the share as the audio does not work.  It worked great over the Media Server option but now this has stopped working.

I know my DLNA server is ok, as I can connect to this via a number of other devices at home. But I really need to connect my WDTV....

I've tried downgrading the firmware, and even re-upgraded but nothing seems to work.  Please Help

-Which firmware?  1.09.10 (downgraded did not fix, re - upgraded did not fix.)
-What happened? Select Source Media Server get message No Storage
-What were you doing? Try to stream from my NAS Drive using DLNA which always worked before the new upgrade.
-Does this happen every time? Yes
-What hardware and media were you using? Buffallo NAS LiveStation 2TB - WDTV Live
-Did this happen with previous firmware? NO
-Does power cycling the unit solve this? NO
-Does resetting to factory defaults solve this? NO
-

Have you tried this on other devices? Yes, I can connect to my NAS drive via DLNA from 2 other devices fine

Thanks

Kevin

I also have almost the same problem with a few differences.  Please help resolve this problem, the reset of the media player works great.

-Which firmware? 1.06.16B
-What happened? Select source Media Player, no media players listed
-What were you doing? Trying to stream from my NAS drive using DLNA which used to work.
-Does this happen every time? Yes
-What hardware and media were you using? WD TV Live Plus HD Media Player - Buffalo NAS LinkStation 1TB LS-CHL8FB
-Did this happen with previous firmware? No
-Does power cycling the unit solve this? No
-Does resetting to factory defaults solve this? No
-Have you tried this on other devices? I don't have any other DLNA media players.  The LinkStation recognizes the WDTVLIVEPLUS media player

Here's my current update, I've reset to factory defaults and set the device to a new IP address.

Current firmware is 1.06.16_B

Still can't see any DLNA server!  (Plex, Serviio, PS3 media player from a Macbook Pro running OSX 10.6.8)

Playing from an attached USB drive or shared folders is not an issue, though.  I seem to have an identical problem to the person above.
