All my spotify playlists appear without any tracks even though they are filled with tracks

Problem occured after 1.08.17 firmware update

What hardware and media were you using?

WDTV Live, Wired Ethernet Connection, Spotify Premium

Does it happen every time?

Does it happen with previous firmware?

It didn't - However a rollback does not fix the issue.

I bought a WD TV Live box last week, and am using it with the latest firmware.  I have been messing around trying to find out why some of my playlists are not showing up, and I think the problem could be down to how the WD TV Live Spotify software handles playlist folders. I think the WD TV Live doesn't like it when people use nested Playlist Folders. For Example, in the PC Spotify program, I have some playlists set up with playlist folders stored within playlist folders ...

Genre (Playlist Folder)

      Artist (Playlist Folder)

            Album (Normal Playlist)

            Album (Normal Playlist)

            Album (Normal Playlist)

            Album (Normal Playlist)

      Artist (Playlist Folder)

            Album (Normal Playlist)

            Album (Normal Playlist)

            Album (Normal Playlist)

            Album (Normal Playlist)

None of these nested playlist folders or playlists are visible on the WD TV Live. There is also another problem. If there are any normal playlists below the first nested playlist folder, then those playlists are not visible either. See below.

Genre (Playlist Folder) - IS VISIBLE

Artist - Album (Normal Playlist) - IS VISIBLE

Artist (Playlist Folder) - Not visible

Album (Normal Playlist) - Not visible

Album (Normal Playlist) - Not visible

Album (Normal Playlist) - Not visible

Album (Normal Playlist) - Not visible

Artist - Album (Normal Playlist) - Not visible

Artist - Album (Normal Playlist) - Not visible

If I restructure my playlists as shown below so there are no playlist folders stored within playlist folders, the WD TV Live shows all the playlists.

Genre (Playlist Folder)

      Artist - Album (Normal Playlist)

      Artist - Album (Normal Playlist)

      Artist - Album (Normal Playlist)

      Artist - Album (Normal Playlist)

The screenshots below shows the problem in real life.

So, to me the problem with playlists not showing up is because the WD TV Live can't handle playlist folders within playlist folders.

I'm a total noob here, so please don't have me "re-configure" anything, PLEASE!  I was having a LOT of trouble streaming MLB.TV games last year, so, to my delight, a new firmware update was introduced directly addressing this issue.  Now, now only is MLB.TV not working, but my Spotify playlists ALL have disappeared too!  I'm not, apparently, the only one experiencing this.  I've logged into Spotify, and they are aware of the problem, but don't seem to be doing much about it.  Please help ASAP!!!
