Habe eine Western Digital TV Live HD Media Player, nach dem ich die Toshiba Festplatte mit USB 3.0 anschließe Funktioniert nichts.

Das USB Symbol bleibt dunkel und der Innhalt leer?!

Bei einer anderen Festplatte gehts???

 

Bitte um Hilfe warum und was kann ich machen?

Ist die Firmware aktuell, hast Du schon einmal ein USB 2.0 Kabel mit Microanschluß ausprobiert (passt ja auch in die eine "Hälfte" von dem USB 3.0 Anschluß an der Festplatte)?

Habe die Festplatte neu Formatiert und siehe da es geht!

hallo zusammen,

 

habe das gleiche problem mit einer 2tb usb 3.0 hdd.

sie wird vom player (WD TV Live Streaming Media Player (Gen 3)) nicht erkannt. aktuelle firmware 1.11.17 ist drauf.

sobald ich eine usb 2.0 hdd anschließe wird diese erkannt.

habe die usb3-hdd schon neu formatiert (ntfs 512 kb) hat aber nichts gebracht.

 

ich bitte um hilfe.
