Subtitles always cut off

Hello,

no matter how I generate the subtiles, by hand or with AutoGK they are always at the bottom and always cut off.

So I can't use subtitles.

Does anybody know how to move the subtitles up so I can read them?

Besides I am very happy with this little media box.

As far as I know, the subtiles position, in the WD TV Mini, cannot be adjusted.

Do you have the latest firmware update for this device?

Yes, I am using the most current Firmware.

To whom it may concern:

I converted the idx/sub files to srt format.

Now it works.
