Why has WD closed down this previous and apparently unresolved issue?

 

I will stand corrected if there solution for the problem

 

I've just purchased the WDTV Mini device and am having the same problem as the others who listed this issue.

 

Help!

You're talking about this thread that's well over a year old?

 

The resolution is to redo the video so it does NOT exceed the "SUPPORTED RESOLUTION." 

 

On the chance you're having a different issue, please post the full TEXT OUTPUT of media info for us to review.
