For people like myself who already have all my photos store in an iPhoto Library, it would be so nice to have the screensaver be able to access these from a media server (my iMac running Playback media server) instead of being limited to the photos on the Hub's local storage. I have no interest in storing/organizing my photos on the Hub.

We also have an Apple TV, and it will run a random slideshow of photos from our iPhoto collection of 17,000 photos.

I think this would be a great addition to the Hub and shouldn't be that hard to implement through firmware.
