My biggest annoyance with this player is that I cannot quickly switch between the HDMI and Optical audio pass-through. Typically I listen music and watch movies through my receiver (optical), but I prefer most TV stuff via HDMI.

Switching settings requires me to go through Setup, Audio/video, digital pass-through, capabilities (where it always forgets the previous setting), confirm, and back home... which is extra annoying if I already started a show only to notice that there is no sound!

So, request:
- Quick remote button to switch between Optical and HDMI (and optionally Stereo)
- Remember capabilities (I don't change tv and receivers every day)

Maybe add this under the 'Audio' button, or add the switch to the 'Option' menu to change the setting while playing.
