Hardware: WD Live (Gen 3) purchased May 2012.

Audio Setup WDLive -> Logitech Z-5500 TosLink Digital Audio Optical Cable;

Video Setup: WDLive -> Epson EP-X8 via HDMI cable

Issue: The audio volume is too loud. Every time I want to watch a video, I need to reduce volume of my Z-5500 sound system to minimum value. Is it possible to add a settings to define default value, or at least, decrease the default value.

Which firmware were you using? 1.08.17 (Latest as of this writing)

What exactly happened? The sound is too loud

What you were doing? Watching video

Does it happen every time? Yes. The default value of volume seems to be at maximum value.

Does it happen with previous firmware? I don't know because I purshased WDLive few weeks ago

Does power cycling the unit solve it? No

Does resetting to factory defaults solve it? No

Have you tried this on other devices? No
