Update Twonky on Mybook World

I know that twonky media has been updated to 6.0 was hoping to get a firmware update for the mybook world to incorporate this as twonky are saying the upgrade is free for 5.x users?

Today, Aug 14th, I installed the new firmware update from WD and I realize that the Twonky is 5.1.4... not the latest 6.0.1.  I would prefer to be able to update Twonky independently of WD firmware updates.

Absolutely - more and more DLNA devices are coming on the market. Twonky are slow to implement such things - but what's really annoying is that when Twonky have a solution, WD trail behind in updating the very software which they use as a media server. Or, perhaps more importantly, the software that they force us to use. The EU were very heavy on Microsoft for the enforced use of IE - doesn't the same thing apply here?
